The project is quite close to KIIT Square which makes it convenient for shopping and dining out on the weekends. We really liked the 3 BHK villa design with its 2344 Sq.ft builtup area. The paved compound and fire fighting system are well installed. Mahavir Associates and Home Creation have done a decent job with the overall construction quality. One small issue we faced is that the guest parking space is limited, so friends have to park outside if the compound is full. Other than that, everything is fine. It is a quiet residential pocket despite being close to the main road, which is a perfect balance for us.
