I picked the 849.38 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment because it gives me enough room for a home office setup. The 24x7 security and the lift facility were the main reasons I felt safe enough to invest here. Mahavir Infra is building this in GIDC Phase 2, which makes my commute to the office very simple via the Vapi-Daman Road. My only concern is that there is quite a bit of construction dust in the air right now since it is under construction, but that is expected.
