Settling into Mahaveer Residency has been quite pleasant. I chose a 3 BHK, around 1400 sq.ft, for the extra space. The construction was completed back in December 2001, so it's an older building but well-maintained. The Vastu compliance was important to me, and the property is also Vastu compliant. The view of the national park nearby is a real plus, very peaceful. Getting around is easy with proximity to major roads like Bannerghatta Road. The community buildings are a nice touch for social gatherings. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

JP Nagar Phase 5 is a decent area, and the proximity to Jayadeva Metro Station (2.23 km) is a big help for commuting. The security with the fire fighting system and 24-hour watchman gives peace of mind. The landscaping is pleasant. However, the traffic on Kanakapura Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for my daily commute. The Wi-Fi availability is crucial for my work.
