The space is much better than our old apartment. It's ready to move, which saved us the hassle of waiting. The location in J P Nagar Phase 7 is great, very close to Bannerghatta Road, maybe a short distance. This makes my husband's commute easier. We also liked that the project has 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system for safety. The developer, Mahaveer Group, seems reliable.
