The built-up area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 1416 sq.ft to 1744 sq.ft, so there is plenty of space for them. Mahaveer Group has a reputation for delivering projects, and this one was completed back in June 2012, so it's well-established. The amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are essential for their peace of mind. Being close to Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is also a significant advantage given their age. The price point for a 3 BHK around 1.3 Crore seemed reasonable for the size and location.

The project is ready to move, so we could see exactly what we were getting. It's very close to major roads like NH 44 and Hosur Road, which makes travel convenient. The presence of a club house and ample car parking is good for residents. The price for the larger units goes up to 1.41 Crore. While the location is great, the traffic on Hosur Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is a bit of a concern. However, the proximity to Jayadeva Metro Station, nearby, is a plus.

We are teache, so being close to ORCHIDS The International School was a huge factor. The location in Bommanahalli, Vijaya Bank Layout, is very convenient with easy access to Hosur Road. We liked the community buildings and the landscaping. The price for our chosen unit was about 1.1 Crore, which is manageable for us now. The construction quality seems solid, and it's ready to move in. We're happy to finally own our own place after yeaof renting.
