The 1350 square feet 3 BHK is well planned to avoid wasted space. Being a ready to move property in Jagamara, it was a practical financial decision for me. I am particularly pleased with the location as it is fairly close to the main transport routes like the Bhubaneswar Baramunda Bus Stand. The only thing to note is that you really need your own vehicle to get around efficiently as public transport is not at the dootep. Overall, a very logical purchase for a home buyer.
