    I chose Mahaveer Bower Phase 2 because it was ready to move and in a location I felt safe and connected. Chinnapanahalli in Bangalore East is a decent area. Being close to Rainbow Children's Hospitals and Gopalan National School means good infrastructure around. The Mahaveer Group seems to be a reliable developer. My main concern is the parking. If you have more than one car, it can get quite cramped. The connectivity to other parts of the city is okay, but Marathahalli traffic is a known issue, especially during commute times. However, for my daily needs and work, the location is manageable. The flat itself is functional.
