I am buying a flat for my parents who will be staying in Hyderabad. Mahathi Vibhava offered a good mix of amenities and location. I selected a 2 BHK flat, 1279 square feet, which provides plenty of room for them. The price was around 3 Crores. It's a ready to move property, so they can settle in soon. The gated community aspect and the gymnasium are good for their health and security. Landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch. The only concern was getting clear information about OC received, which wasn't readily available. However, the builder, Mahathi Builde, has a reputation, and the size of the flat is perfect for my parents' needs.
