We were looking for a larger home for our family and found Mahathi East End. The 3 BHK flats here are quite spacious, especially the 1710 sq.ft ones we looked at. Moving from a rental, we wanted something ready to move and this project fit perfectly. The price was on the higher side, around 1.11 Crore for the bigger units, but the location in Hitech City is very convenient. It’s also a gated community, which gives us peace of mind. The children's play area is a good addition for our little ones. Overall, it feels like a solid upgrade for us.

This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK flat in Mahathi East End, located in Jubilee Enclave, Hyderabad. I was looking for something ready to move and within a reasonable budget. The price for the 1415 sq.ft unit was around 91.98 Lakh. Mahathi Buildecompleted this project some yeaago, back in 2013. The project offea swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are nice facilities. My main hesitation was the lack of an OC, but the builder assured me it is a well-established society. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road is a big plus for me.

The price range of 91.98 Lakh to 1.11 Crore seems fair for the market. I appreciate the gated community aspect and the 24x7 water supply. While OC is not available, the project has been around for a while.

We chose Mahathi East End because it's close to Meridian School - Madhapur, which is only nearby. Getting the kids to school is much easier now. The 3 BHK flat we looked at had good space, around 1600 sq.ft. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, so we didn’t have to wait. The community has a children's play area, which is great for them. The price was around 98 Lakh for our unit. The only drawback is the distance to Medicover Hospitals, which is over nearby, but for daily needs, it's convenient enough. The landscaping is also pleasant.
