Mahahee Buildeis a known name, so I trusted their delivery. The proximity to the metro station is a definite plus point for attracting tenants. While the configuration details were not fully available when I bought, the location's connectivity is strong. My only concern is the potential for dust from ongoing nearby developments, which is common in developing areas. However, I believe the rental yields will be decent in the long run.
