The location on Wardha Road, Jamtha is also convenient, being close to the Outer Ring road at nearby. The street lighting seems adequate for safety. My only minor concern is that the development is still quite new, so surrounding infrastructure might take a little time to catch up fully. Overall, a solid choice for a plot.
