It's quite close to the Nagpur – Mumbai Samruddhi Express Highway and the Delhi-Nagpur Industrial Corridor, which is good for connectivity in the future. The prices are fair, going up to 32.07 Lakhs for larger plots. Power backup is also available, which is a plus.
