The sheer size of the 5 BHK flats at Mahagun Moderne is impressive, some going up to 4000 sq.ft built up. Mahagun Group clearly designed these for spacious living. I was looking for an investment property and the price range of 1.36 Crore to 5.37 Crore seemed fair given the construction quality and amenities. It's ready to move which is a huge plus. The location in Sector 78, Noida is also quite convenient, with easy access to expressways. The project was completed in 2010, so it's quite established. The IGBC Gold Certified Green Building status is also a good indicator of sustainable construction. My only minor concern is the potential for dust from ongoing development in nearby areas, but that's common in Noida.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Mahagun Moderne in Sector 78, Noida. I bought a 2 BHK which has a built-up area between 1010 sq.ft and 1340 sq.ft. It felt like a good starting point. The project has been completed since 2010, which means it’s settled. I really liked the landscaped garden and the amphitheater. The Vastu compliant design was also important to me. The price for my 2 BHK was around 1.5 Crore. The only thing I'm a little worried about is the parking situation; it seems a bit congested if you have multiple vehicles, though they do offer car parking. Overall, the Mahagun Group seems reliable.

The location is quite good, close to Kothari International School, which is nearby, perfect for our kids. The project is IGBC Gold Certified, which is a nice environmental touch. The central cooling system is also a feature we appreciate. While the price for our unit is around 4 Crore, the quality of construction and amenities like the tennis court and gymnasium justify it. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus compared to our old rental.

It's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The metro station is nearby, making our commute to work super easy. The clubhouse and swimming pool are great for unwinding after a long day. We looked at a lot of places, but the earthquake-resistant structure and the 24x7 security gave us peace of mind. The price was a bit high, around 3.5 Crore for our unit, but we felt it was worth it for the quality and location.
