After retiring, I wanted a comfortable home in South Bangalore. Mahaghar Nest offered a 2 BHK with 1296 Sq.ft built up for about 45 Lakh. It is ready to move, which was perfect for me. I appreciate the 24x7 Security and the Gymnasium. The location near Bannerghatta Road is convenient. However, the construction was completed in 2014, and sometimes I feel the common areas could use a bit more upkeep. The dust from ongoing development in nearby areas can also be an issue occasionally. Still, it’s a peaceful place most of the time.
