This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Mahadev Platinum. It's about 1000 square feet. I liked that the project is ready to move in and the price was within my budget, around 55 Lakhs. The proximity to the school and hospital is a major plus. The children's play area is a good feature. I am a bit worried about the lack of OC received, but the developer, Mahadev Group, assured me it's being processed. The Olympic size swimming pool is impressive. I chose this project mainly for the location and the amenities offered for the price.

I invested in a 2 BHK unit at Mahadev Platinum a couple of yeaback. The built-up area is 1260 square feet. The price was around 65 Lakhs at the time of purchase. The project is ready to move, which was a priority for me. Ghodasar is a developing area with good connectivity. The amenities like the multipurpose room and jogging track are useful. However, the reception area and common spaces could have been maintained a bit better by the Mahadev Group. The price point is competitive for the area, but I expected slightly better upkeep.
