We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Maha Mangalam Nivas last month. It's a good size, 1850 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. The location in Kolathur is convenient, with Don Bosco school nearby for the grandkids. Maha Buildecompleted the project by July 2023, which was as promised. The car parking is adequate for our needs. We looked at several projects in Chennai North, but this one felt right for us. The price range was also manageable for us. It's been peaceful so far, a nice change.
