It’s a compact but functional space. Sai Maha Foundation completed the project back in 2016, and it’s ready for immediate occupancy. The children's play area is a nice amenity for visiting grandchildren. The landscaping gives a pleasant feel to the complex. The main challenge is the accessibility; the lane leading to the project is quite narrow, making it difficult for larger vehicles. However, the price and the fact it is ready are major positives for someone like me.
