Finding a home large enough for our growing family was challenging, but this 3 BHK in Magna Maniratna worked out. The larger configuration, 1260 square feet, provides ample room. It's great that Sheth C N Vidyalaya is right at nearby, saving us so much travel time for the kids. The gated community aspect offepeace of mind, and the children's play area is a big hit with our little ones. We appreciated that the project was ready to move in by June 2022, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the security.

We moved into our 3 BHK apartment in Magna Maniratna a few weeks ago. The carpet area is around 1178 square feet, which is comfortable for two of us. Working from home is easier with the extra space. The location is decent, with Paldi Metro Station only 1 kilometer away, making commutes easy. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and power backup, as these are essential. The entrance lobby looks quite modern. The only slight issue is the traffic on Paldi Road during peak houcan be a bit much, but we are getting used to it. Overall, a good start for us in Ahmedabad.
