Since it is ready to move, we could see the actual plot and the layout. The developer, N Balasubramanian, has a few projects in the area, so we felt somewhat confident. We booked a plot here for our future home. The price was not available, but we are hoping it was within our budget. The main concern for us is the travel time to the IT corridor, which might be longer than we expected. We are hoping the infrastructure around Madurantakam develops further in the coming yeato make commuting easier. We saw the plots ouelves and liked the open space.
