Magishaa Construction has ensured spacious properties and skillfully designed residencies. The maintenance staff is available, and there is 24x7 security. The price point of 73.85 Lakhs onwards is quite competitive for the quality and amenities offered.

The only downside is that the OC received status is not available, which is a slight concern for future resale value, but otherwise, we are happy with the purchase.
