I opted for a 2 BHK flat, around 750 square feet, which is a comfortable size. The price point was acceptable, around 82 Lakhs. It is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. The developer, Magarpatta City, has been responsive to queries. The inclusion of a gymnasium and ample car parking space is also a definite plus. The location is decent, close to the Solapur-Pune Highway.
