    I have been tracking plots in Vijayawada for a long time and Magadha Village offered a good opportunity for long term capital appreciation. I picked up a 269 Sq.yd plot recently. Magadha Projects is executing this well with features like a golf coue and dedicated sports facility which usually drive value for such residential projects. The location in Ramavarapadu is quite strategic for future growth. The pricing starts at 84.38 Lakh which is decent for the size and amenities provided. I am not expecting immediate returns but the investment looks safe given the layout planning. I just hope the internal roads and amenities are finished with high quality materials as promised in the brochure because that will determine the eventual resale value of these plots.
