The price was around 21 Lakh. Being a DTCP approved layout is a big plus for us. It’s also ready to move in. The Padappai and Oragadam Highway is only 500m away, making weekend trips easier. However, the road leading to the project could be better maintained, it gets quite dusty during dry weather and muddy when it rains heavily.
