I bought a 2 BHK which is 1035 square feet, feels quite spacious for a single peon like me. The location opposite Auda Garden in Chandkheda is very peaceful. The price was 49.5 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of my budget but manageable. I appreciated the visitor parking and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me a sense of security. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus. I'm happy with my decision so far.

  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to live. Madhuram Sky in Chandkheda offethat, being opposite Auda Garden. The ready-to-move aspect was convenient, and I purchased a 2 BHK flat of 972 square feet for 47 Lakhs. The amenities like lifts, water storage, and visitor parking are essential for someone my age. The Vastu compliant design is also something I appreciate. The location provides good access to the Sardar Patel Ring Road. While the overall experience is positive, I do find the rooms slightly smaller than I had anticipated, but it’s manageable for my needs.

  Finally upgrading from our rental flat! We found Madhuram Sky in Chandkheda, and it felt like the right move. Being opposite Auda Garden provides a nice view. We got a 2 BHK, 1035 square feet, for 50 Lakhs, which was our maximum budget but worth it for a ready property. The Vastu compliant layout was a definite plus. We also liked the Landscaping & Tree Planting around the complex. The connectivity to the Chandkheda Gandhinagar highway is good for our commutes. The only thing is the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle.
