I bought a 2 BHK which is 1035 square feet, feels quite spacious for a single peon like me. The location opposite Auda Garden in Chandkheda is very peaceful. The price was 49.5 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of my budget but manageable. I appreciated the visitor parking and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me a sense of security. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus. I'm happy with my decision so far.
