    I purchased a 1 RK in Madhoor Beverly Hills for its investment potential. The carpet area is 366 square feet, which is compact but suitable for rentals in the Nashik area. Devlali is developing, and having facilities like a Badminton Court and a Party Hall adds to the appeal. Madhoor Buildwell has a reputation for timely delivery, which was a factor in my decision. The 24x7 security is a good feature for potential tenants. My main concern is the accessibility; the narrow lane for the last 200 metecould be a minor inconvenience for visitoHowever, the overall infrastructure and the landscaping seem well-maintained.

    We moved into Madhoor Beverly Hills last month. My kids love the children's play area and it's nice they have a swimming pool too. Dahan Academy is only nearby, which makes the morning commute so much easier for us. We got a 2 BHK and the carpet area is around 1050 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family. The landscaping looks good, very green. The only downside is the road leading to the society can be a bit congested during peak hou, especially near the bus stop which is nearby. Otherwise, the 24x7 security is reassuring and the 24x7 water supply is reliable.

The main drawback I foresee is the slight inconvenience due to the narrow approach road, but I believe the rental demand in this developing area will compensate.
