I purchased a 1 RK in Madhoor Beverly Hills for its investment potential. The carpet area is 366 square feet, which is compact but suitable for rentals in the Nashik area. Devlali is developing, and having facilities like a Badminton Court and a Party Hall adds to the appeal. Madhoor Buildwell has a reputation for timely delivery, which was a factor in my decision. The 24x7 security is a good feature for potential tenants. My main concern is the accessibility; the narrow lane for the last 200 metecould be a minor inconvenience for visitoHowever, the overall infrastructure and the landscaping seem well-maintained.

We moved into Madhoor Beverly Hills last month. My kids love the children's play area and it's nice they have a swimming pool too. Dahan Academy is only nearby, which makes the morning commute so much easier for us. We got a 2 BHK and the carpet area is around 1050 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family. The landscaping looks good, very green. The only downside is the road leading to the society can be a bit congested during peak hou, especially near the bus stop which is nearby. Otherwise, the 24x7 security is reassuring and the 24x7 water supply is reliable.

The carpet area is a good 1250 square feet, which is perfect for us to grow into. The location in Devlali is peaceful, though reaching the main city takes a little while. We appreciate the community buildings and the gymnasium for our fitness. The construction was completed in December 2018, and it feels solid. We were a bit concerned about the price point initially, but it felt like a worthwhile investment for the amenities offered and the ready-to-move status.

Madhoor Buildwell has completed projects on time, which instills confidence. The 366 square feet carpet area is standard for a compact investment property. The project offegood amenities such as a Gymnasium and Landscaping & Tree Planting, which enhance its appeal for future rentals. Having Rain water Harvesting and Water Conservation systems in place is also a positive point. While the project was completed in December 2018, the 'Ready to Move' status is a significant advantage. The main drawback I foresee is the slight inconvenience due to the narrow approach road, but I believe the rental demand in this developing area will compensate.

Settled into our new 2 BHK at Madhoor Beverly Hills. The carpet area is a comfortable 1100 square feet, giving us enough room. We chose this project because it is ready to move and had received its OC. The proximity to Sant Krupa Hospital, nearby, was a significant factor for us. The amenities are good, especially the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief. The only issue we've faced is occasional parking constraints if we have guests over, as the designated parking spots are a bit tight. The community buildings are also a nice touch.
