I liked the cafeteria and the grocery shop within the complex, making daily errands easy. The location is decent, with L. B. Nagar Metro Station nearby. The price of 67.2 Lakhs for a 1 BHK was attractive, but I opted for a slightly larger unit, costing around 1.1 Cr. The construction quality seems good. However, the dust from ongoing nearby construction is a bit botheome currently, but I'm told it's temporary.
