We were looking for a spacious flat in Ahmedabad and Madhav Oeuvre 3 caught our eye. The 4 BHK flats are quite large, starting from 2198 sq.ft. Up to 2333 sq.ft. Which gives us plenty of room. The location in Ambli is decent, not too far from the Thaltej Metro Station at just under 2 kilometeWe liked the idea of the mini theatre and the swimming pool for relaxing after work. The price point is a bit high, with the 4 BHK flats ranging from 4.14 crore upwards, but the developer, Madhav Associate, seems to have a good track record. Construction is ongoing, scheduled for completion in December 2027, so we have some time. The car parking options including covered and drive-through sound convenient.
