I purchased a flat at Madhav Avenue for my parents who are living in Ahmedabad. The primary reason was the ready-to-move-in status and the Vastu compliant design, which is important to them. The developer, Madhav Develope, has a decent reputation. Proximity to Narayana Hospital is a major plus for their healthcare needs. I also looked at the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the community feel greener. My only concern was undetanding the exact carpet area from the brochure, which wasn't very clear. However, my parents are happy there, and that's what mattemost. The 24x7 security is also reassuring.

This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Madhav Avenue. The fact that it is ready to move in was a huge relief for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. I really liked the Vastu compliant design of the apartments, and the availability of a lift makes things convenient. The 24x7 security is also a big plus, making me feel secure. Madhav Developehave provided basic amenities like a children's play area and landscaping, which are nice. The connectivity to major roads like Sardar Patel Ring Road is also good. My only slight worry is the noise from the main road sometimes, but it is not too disruptive.

We finally bought our own home at Madhav Avenue after yeaof renting. The decision was made easier because it's ready to move in. We looked at the amenities and were impressed by the children's play area for our young daughter and the overall Vastu compliance of the project. The location in Odhav is decent, with Dipak School nearby for our child. Madhav Developehave delivered a good product. However, the parking space is a bit tight, especially when visitocome over. We are still settling in, but the sense of ownehip is fantastic. The landscaping is also quite pleasant to look at.

Living in Madhav Avenue has been quite comfortable so far. Being close to the Nirant Cross Road Metro Station makes my daily commute to work so much easier. It’s a gated community, and the 24x7 security feels very safe, which is a big deal for me as a single woman. I also appreciate the lift facility and the power backup, especially during the monsoon season when power cuts are frequent. The area around Odhav is developing well. My apartment is not too big, but it's functional. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is occasional dust from nearby construction, but it’s manageable.

We moved into Madhav Avenue about two months ago. The location in Odhav is pretty convenient for us, close to the metro station and main roads like Sardar Patel Ring Road.
