We chose Macro Lakeview Apartments mainly because of its location near Manthan Vidyashram, which is just nearby. Our kids can get to school easily now. The 1600 square feet 3 BHK has ample space for our family, and the Vastu compliant design was important to us. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the security measures in place. The landscaped gardens are lovely for evening walks. The swimming pool is a big hit with the children. The only real concern for us is the dust from nearby construction which sometimes affects the air quality, especially during dry spells. Otherwise, it's a good family environment.

We moved into Macro Lakeview Apartments about six months ago. The spacious 1600 square feet 3 BHK feels very comfortable, and the lake view from our balcony is quite serene. Macro Marvel Projects has maintained the landscaping well, and the Olympic size swimming pool is a real highlight, though I mostly use the gymnasium. Water supply has been consistent, which is good. The only drawback is the traffic on Anna Nedun Salai during peak hou; it can be quite congested getting out of Perungudi. Overall, the peace and quiet inside the complex make up for it. It's a good place to settle down after a long career.

I purchased a 2 BHK unit here in Macro Lakeview Apartments a couple of yeaback as an investment. The built-up area of 1236 square feet is decent for rentals. Macro Marvel Projects completed the project quite a while ago, back in 2009, so it's a ready-to-move option. The location in Perungudi is developing, and proximity to the hospital and schools is a plus for potential tenants. However, the lack of clear pricing information in the initial stages was a bit frustrating. The lake view amenity is attractive, but rental yields haven't been as high as I anticipated. It's an okay investment, but not spectacular.

Living in Macro Lakeview Apartments has been quite convenient since I moved in last year. The 2 BHK flat, with its 1236 square feet, is spacious enough for me, and I enjoy the lake view from my window. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and I use it regularly. Having 24x7 security gives me peace of mind. The location on Anna Nedun Salai is decent, though reaching Little Mount Metro Station at nearby takes a bit of time. My biggest gripe is the noise from the main road, especially late at night. It can be a bit disruptive sometimes. Macro Marvel Projects did build this a while ago, so some fittings are a bit dated, but it's functional.

Finally found our own home! We bought a 2 BHK at Macro Lakeview Apartments. The 1236 square feet built-up area is perfect for us, much better than our rental. We loved the children's play area; our little one spends houthere. The swimming pool is also a nice bonus for weekends. Macro Marvel Projects seems to have focused on greenery with tree plantation around the complex. Getting to our schools takes about 25 minutes, which is manageable. The only minor issue is the parking can feel a little tight when guests visit. But compared to our previous place, this is a huge upgrade.
