The price range for these flats is between 20.51 Lakh and 43.72 Lakh. We liked that it’s ready to move, so we don't have to wait for possession. The proximity to Apollo Hospitals is also a major plus point for us, being only zero kilometeaway. The multipurpose room is something we plan to use for small gatherings. The only issue is the traffic around Velappanchavadi during peak houcan be quite heavy, making commutes a bit longer than expected.

I bought a 1 BHK flat with a built-up area of 526 square feet for about 20.51 Lakh. The developer, Sunshine, seems to have a decent track record. The location in Velappanchavadi is developing, and I saw potential for appreciation. The security is 24x7, which is important for me as I will be renting it out initially. I did find the parking area a bit cramped when I visited. Overall, it seems like a good start for a fit-time buyer.

The location is quite convenient, with Velammal Vidyalaya school just zero kilometeaway, which is fantastic for us grandchildren. We looked at a 2 BHK flat which has a built-up area of 761 square feet. The price was around 29 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for the area. Sunshine has a reputation for delivering projects, so that gave us confidence. The gymnasium is a nice addition for staying active. My only small concern is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully that will settle down soon.

We considered a 3 BHK, which has a spacious 1121 square feet built-up area. Sunshine is the developer, and they have a few projects in the city. The price for the 3 BHK was around 43.72 Lakh. The project offea multipurpose room and good security. The main challenge we foresee is the commute, as Velappanchavadi can get congested, and accessing major roads takes time. Also, the OC status is not available, which is a slight concern for us as a family.
