The 2 BHK units are around 791 to 879 square feet built up, which felt adequate for our needs. The developer, Maaruthi Foundations Pvt. Ltd, has a presence in the area. Having 24x7 water supply is a must in Chennai, and this project offethat. The main concern we have is the traffic congestion on Velachery Main Road during peak hou, which can be quite bad. We haven't seen the final pricing details yet, but the proximity to D. A. V. Public School, nearby, is convenient for family. It’s a decent option for immediate possession.

Finally moving out of our rental in Chennai South! We decided on Maaruthi Sesha Sai because it's ready to move and we wanted to settle quickly. The 3 BHK apartment is about 1057 square feet built up, which is a good size for us and our growing family. Having a lift in the building is also very important. The location in Velachery is quite central, with St. Thomas Mount Metro Station around 3.4 kilometeaway, which is manageable. We visited the site and the construction quality looks fine. The only thing that slightly worries us is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The developer Maaruthi Foundations Pvt. Ltd seems to be reputable.

However, I did notice that the roads around the immediate vicinity are quite narrow, which might be a minor inconvenience when moving furniture or for larger vehicles. Maaruthi Foundations Pvt. Ltd is the developer here. It feels like a solid fit step.

Public School is also nearby at nearby. The project is ready to move, which means we can shift in soon. The main thing we need to consider is parking. From what we saw, it might be a bit tight if we have guests with caMaaruthi Foundations Pvt. Ltd has delivered this project, and we are excited about making it our own.
