We were tired of paying rent and wanted to finally own a home. This 3 BHK in Maaruthi Emerald seemed like a good option for our growing family. We liked that it's ready to move, so no waiting around. The apartment size is good, around 1100 square feet built up, offering enough space for us and our two children. It's great that D. A. V. Public School is nearby, making the morning commute much easier. My husband also liked that Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The only slight issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable.

It’s ready to move, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait. Having D. A. V. Public School nearby is a huge relief for our daily school runs. Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital being nearby is also reassuring. The overall construction looks solid. My only reservation is about the dust during construction activities nearby, which can be a bit annoying sometimes.
