The location in Whitefield, Bangalore is strategic, with easy access to SH-35. I particularly liked the presence of a multipurpose room and the Vastu Compliant design. The 24x7 security and rain water harvesting are practical features. It’s a ready-to-move property, which saved us a lot of hassle. While the construction quality looks good, I wish they had provided OC details upfront. Overall, it's a solid investment in a developing area.

We work in IT and need good connectivity, so being near Whitefield Main Road and Old Airport Road is convenient. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which have a built-up area of 1570 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of room. The price point for these was between 50-60 Lakh, which fit our budget. We were impressed with the Olympic size swimming pool and the gymnasium. The 24x7 security and video door security give us peace of mind when we are at work. My only concern is the traffic on Whitefield Main Road during peak hou, it can be quite bad.
