The location in Dum Dum, near Rajbari, is quite convenient. It's close to Indira Gandhi Memorial High School and ILS Hospitals, which gives me peace of mind. Commuting is also manageable thanks to the nearby bus stand. The building itself seems well-maintained. I haven't faced any major issues so far. The only slight drawback is that the balcony space could have been a bit larger, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.
