    Maa Suniti Abasan is a ready-to-move project by Maa Develope, completed in July 2022. I invested in a 3 BHK which has a super builtup area of 1347 Sq.ft, costing me approximately 40 Lakhs. The pricing is quite reasonable for the space provided, with options ranging up to 43.1 Lakhs. The earthquake-resistant structure and fire sprinkleare good safety features. 24X7 water supply and power backup are also reliable amenities. The only drawback I see is the proximity to Barrackpore Trunk Road, which means there can be some traffic noise. But for a business owner, the potential for rental income in this developing area is attractive. The project is located in Sodepur, Dakshinpally.

We also looked at Zenith Super Specialist Hospital which is at the same distance. We purchased a 2 BHK flat with a super builtup area of about 900 Sq.ft. The price was around 25 Lakhs. The building has amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup, which are essential for a family. The earthquake-resistant structure gives us peace of mind. However, the area can get quite congested during peak houwith traffic on Barrackpore Trunk Road. Also, I wish the balcony space was a bit larger in our apartment.
