The area is definitely going to see more development in the coming yeaMaa Santoshi EngineePvt Ltd is the developer and their planning seems decent for the current market. I am looking at the 2 BHK flats because they are easy to rent out later. The swimming pool and parking facilities add value to the property which makes it attractive for potential tenants. It is not the most luxurious project in town but it serves its purpose for a solid long term investment in this part of the city.
