Went to check out Maa Mustafa Ali recently while searching for a stable home in Vapi. The project is situated in Dungra, and it feels pretty accessible via the Vapi-Daman Road. I looked at the 1 BHK floor plan which has a carpet of 376.84 Sq.ft. It is a bit compact, but for a small family, it should be enough. Maa Developehas promised amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind. My only concern is the dust from the construction work currently happening in the area, but I guess that is expected when you buy into a new project. I am considering this because it is relatively close to the Vapi Bus Stop, making my travel much easier when I need to head out for official work.

However, with the ongoing construction and the planned landscaping and tree planting, it should look much better once it is fully ready for possession.

Maa Developeseems to have planned the project well regarding utilities like water conservation and rain water harvesting, which is great for the long term. Since we both work in GIDC, the location in Dungra is super convenient for our daily commute. Construction is currently underway and completion is set for December 2028, so we have plenty of time to plan our finances. We liked that the community hall is included in the plan for weekend gatherings. Just hope they stick to the timeline because we are quite eager to move out of our current rented flat. The site visit was smooth and the staff helped us undetand the layout of the building nicely.

The fact that the Fellowship Mission School is nearby is a huge relief for us. Maa Developehas included a lift and 24x7 water supply, which were our top requirements. We also appreciate the focus on landscaping and tree planting because it will make the environment much nicer once we move in by December 2028. We are currently just waiting for the work to progress further. The parking situation seems fine, though I do hope they manage the visitor spots properly when the building gets occupied. We are happy with the choice so far as it is quite close to where we teach.

We have not seen many better options in this specific part of Vapi at this stage of development.
