We inspected a 2 BHK flat, measuring 572 square feet carpet area, which felt much better than our current rental. The proximity to the metro station, Chhatrapati Square, is fantastic for our daily commute. It’s only a 5-minute ride. The South Public School being so close is also a bonus. The project by Maa Kaushalya Developewas ready by December 2019, which meant we could move in quickly. One thing that bothered us slightly was the dust and noise from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. The overall structure looks good though.
