M3M India Pvt. Ltd. Is the developer. I appreciate the security features, like the 5-tier security with smart access, and the provision for internet and Wi-Fi. The price for my unit was around 90 Lakhs, which was manageable. One slight drawback is the distance to the main market, requiring a short drive. However, Saraswati Model School is only 2 kilometeaway, which is convenient.
