  I recently bought a flat at M3M Sky Lofts. It's a 1 BHK, 683 Sq.ft, costing 1.06 Cr. Being ready to move was the main draw. The location in Sector 71, Gurgaon, on Golf Coue Extension Road, is convenient. It's good that they provide 24x7 water supply and security. My kids will use the kid's pool. The proximity to Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station, nearby, is also a plus for commuting. I find the overall pricing to be a bit on the higher side, but given it's a ready-to-move property in a good location by M3M India Pvt. Ltd., I decided to go ahead. The 3 open sides for the property are also a good feature.

In December 2022, is ready for possession. The amenities are quite comprehensive, including a golf coue, spa, and mini theatre. My only reservation is the lack of readily available information on OC received, which raises a slight red flag from a financial diligence pepective. Otherwise, the specs look solid.

  I am buying a 2 BHK apartment at M3M Sky Lofts in Gurgaon for my parents who will be moving here soon. The unit I selected has a built-up area of 1406 Sq.ft. And the price was around 1.6 Cr. It's ready to move in, which is ideal so they can settle in quickly. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is excellent, with major hospitals like Park Hospital and Medanta - The Medicity very close by, which gives me peace of mind. The developer, M3M India Pvt. Ltd., is known for its projects. Amenities like the waiting lounge and clubhouse are good for my parents. I did notice that the Metro station is quite a distance away, nearby, which might be a slight inconvenience for them occasionally.

The total budget for my unit was close to 1.8 Cr. The project was completed in December 2022 and is ready to move in. The developer, M3M India Pvt. Ltd., has a decent track record. My main reason for investing here is the location on Golf Coue Extension Road, which is a rapidly developing area. Rental demand should be good. I'm hoping for a good appreciation in the coming yeaThe price point is a bit high, but the potential returns justify it.

It’s ready to move, which is perfect for my busy schedule. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is good, and I appreciate the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. Having the gymnasium and spa within the complex is a big plus for unwinding after work. The Wi-Fi availability is also essential for me. My only concern is that the parking seems a bit cramped based on what I saw, which might be an issue sometimes. But on the whole, it fits my needs well.
