My fit flat purchase! I chose M3M Sierra 68 because it was ready to move and the location in Sector 68, Sohna Road seemed promising. I got a 2 BHK with a built up area of 1200 Sq.ft, which is a good start. The price was around 1.55 Cr. I really like the idea of the lazy river amenity, sounds fun for weekends. The clubhouse is also quite impressive. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. M3M India Pvt. Ltd. Has a good reputation.

Being on Sohna Road is great, I can easily get to Sector 55-56 Metro Station which is nearby. The apartment itself is well-designed with good natural light. My only real concern is the traffic on Sohna Road during peak hou, it can get quite intense. The 3-tier security system does make me feel very safe though, which was a priority for me.
