The studio apartments are a good size, around 880 to 1000 square feet, which works for us right now. Being on Golf Coue Extension Road in Gurgaon is super convenient for my husband’s work. We liked the landscaping and the swimming pool. The price point was a bit high, around 96.8 Lakh to 1.1 Crore, but we are hoping the location and amenities justify it. The only slight worry is the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. Overall, it feels like a good decision for our fit property together.

This is my very fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I chose M3M Royal Regalia because it’s ready to move in, which felt less risky. The studio apartment I saw was about 950 square feet, which seems spacious enough for one peon. I liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance, making me feel safe. The price was about 1 Crore, which was at the higher end of my budget, but the developer, M3M India Pvt. Ltd., has a decent reputation. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is good, close to schools like Vibgyor, which is a 5-minute drive away. I am hoping for a smooth transition into my new home.
