The apartment size of 3709 Sq.ft is more than enough for me. I can access the spa and gymnasium easily. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road provides good connectivity. However, the price point of 9.64 Cr is quite steep, and I had to take a substantial loan. While the project is ready to move, the absence of an OC received is a bit of a concern for future transactions.
