We looked at M3M Natura because it is ready to move and close to Lotus Valley International School which is just under 2 kilometeaway. My children liked the cricket pitch and the swimming pool area. The 2 BHK flats here are quite spacious, ranging from 1192 to 1242 square feet, which gives us enough room. The price was a bit high, around 1.45 Crore for our flat, but the convenience for the kids' school made it worth considering. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels quite green. The 24x7 water supply is also a plus for a family with kids. Overall, it seems like a good place for families.
