We just moved into M3M Latitude in Gurgaon and are still settling in. The apartment is a 3 BHK with 2727 square feet, which feels quite spacious for our family. Having St. Xavier's High School nearby was a major factor for us. The construction quality seems good, and the panoramic observatory deck is a nice touch for evening views. The price point was definitely at the higher end, around 6.5 Crore, but we felt the location and amenities justified it for our relocation needs. The 24/7 water supply is reliable so far. We haven't had to use the fire fighting system yet, thankfully. The area feels quite premium.

The development is located in Sector 65, Golf Coue Extension Road, Gurgaon. I was drawn to the amenities like the sauna bath and reflexology park, which are great for relaxation. The full-floor-to-ceiling windows provide good natural light. My main concern is the noise from the nearby roads, especially Southern Peripheral road, during the day. The building itself is well-maintained, and the common areas are kept clean. The waiting lounge is quite elegant.

The price was 7.24 Crore, which is significant, but the development is in Sector 65, Gurgaon, a prime area. The Neo-minimalistic design and bespoke European kitchens are certainly impressive details. We got it in 2016, so it’s been a few yeaThe proximity to Golf Coue Ext. Road is good, but the traffic can be heavy sometimes. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting features are commendable from an environmental standpoint. The gym is well-equipped.

The exclusive sky clubhouse at 130m high sounds amazing, though we haven't explored it fully yet. The energy-efficient VRV/VRF AC is a big plus for the electricity bills. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is convenient, though getting onto the main road during peak houcan be a bit of a crawl. We are still figuring out the parking situation, it seems a bit tight. Overall, it's a modern building with good features.
