The completion date is October 2028, which gives ample time for the area to develop further. My main concern is the lack of readily available OC, which might affect resale value down the line. The area is still quite dusty.

The nearby bus stop is about an 8-minute walk (5 km), which is useful. One minor issue is that the Valet Parking might be an additional cost or hassle we haven't fully clarified yet.
