Finding a home near good schools was our priority, and M2 Sri Ram is close to Bharathiyar Matriculation Higher Secondary School. That’s a huge relief for us. The Guduvancheri Railway Station Bus Stop is also very close, which is helpful for my husband's commute. The project is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after purchase. We wanted a place that felt safe and had enough space for the kids to play, though dedicated play areas aren't a major feature here. The general atmosphere in Guduvancheri, Chennai South is quite family-friendly. M2 Venturez delivered on time, which was important for us.
