We looked at a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 566 Sq.ft, which provides enough space for our two children. It’s ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. M V BuildeTrichy seems to have focused on practical living spaces. The proximity to the bus station is also helpful for occasional travel. One slight concern is the traffic on the main road near the junction can get busy during peak hou, making it a little noisy sometimes. But overall, it’s a good community.
