I checked the plans for the 647.88 square feet carpet area flat and it looks like a solid investment choice for the long term. My only minor worry is that the approach road feels a bit narrow during peak hou, but hopefully, that settles down once the project is fully occupied. It is a decent project for those looking to diveify their portfolio in this part of the city.

I hope the final handover happens as planned without any major delays.
