    I have purchased a 3 BHK at M M Sukun. As a government employee, stability and reliability are important, and M M Infra has a track record in Vapi. The location in Chala is accessible, and it's good to know that Vapi Bus Stop is nearby for commutes. The school proximity is also a benefit. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2028. While the area is developing, I do notice some dust from the ongoing construction, which is typical for such projects. It is something to be mindful of. The developer is M M Infra, and they appear to be managing the site well.
